郑霖，男，汉族，预备党员，1990年8月出生，江西上饶人，毕业于江西农业大学，在校期间曾获得省级AutoCAD二级证书及国家级书法大赛第二名的成绩，于2012年7月正式参加工作，现就任世创产业园企业服务中心主任兼创新创业导师，截止目前已为园区成功申报项目40余项，帮助300多家企业完成政策申报。其中包括省级小微企业园、省级电子商务产业基地、市级“双创示范”基地、市级技能孵化基地、市级文创园、市级跨境电商园、AAA级电商园区等等。

2017年至今，任世创产业园企业服务中心主任兼创新创业导师。

Since 2017, he has been the director and innovation and entrepreneurship tutor of the enterprise service center of Shichuang Industrial Park.
