2015年3月加入世创集团，从第一个园区世创孵化器园区主任助理做起。

2016年1月世创电商园二期开启，作为园区主任，协助招商部招商及整个园区管理。

经过四年的历练，于 2019年以园区管理部部长身份管理宁波地区：世创孵化器、世创电商园二期、世创智能经济园三个园区。

In March 2015, he joined the world innovation group, starting from the assistant director of the first Park World Innovation Incubator Park.

In January 2016, the second phase of Shichuang e-commerce Park was opened. As the director of the park, he assisted the investment promotion department and the whole park management.

After four years of experience, in 2019, as the director of the park management department, I managed three parks in Ningbo: the world innovation incubator, the second phase of the world innovation e-commerce Park and the world innovation Intelligent Economic Park.
